The Bangalore Football Stadium, which belongs to the Karnataka State Football Association, is currently a match venue under renovation, expansion and redevelopment. Under FIFA's 'Win in India with India' program the ground is getting an artificial turf; while the missing fourth stand is finally being build also under a FIFA program, the GOAL Project II, which will also house a national training centre.With the work set to go on for a few more weeks, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited SC might be forced to play their first I-League home matches at the Sree Kanteerava Stadium or away until the new pitch of the Bangalore Football Stadium is ready for use.
