4th FICCI Sports Summit 'Turf2012' in October

The 4th FICCI Global Sports Summit 'TURF 2012' and FICCI Sports Awards will be held on October 18/19 at the auditoriums of FICCI's Federation House in New Delhi. There is plethora of investment and growth opportunities in the Sports sector. To facilitate the above FICCI has been organizing Global Sports Summit “TURF” and FICCI Sports Awards for the last three years.

FICCI expect that Public - Private Partnerships, State-Industry engagements and international cooperation will reach newer heights. Indian and international sports experts as panelists will bring innovative ideas and exclusive insights on the major issues and growing opportunities in the field of sports.

The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is an association of business organizations in India, headquartered in the national capital New Delhi. FICCI is one of the main organizations to fund and support many governmental and non-governmental educational institutes. And sports is one area in which the FICCI has become more proactive in recent years. In 2009 FICCI organised their first-ever Sports Summit and since then the sports summit has grown in size and importance.
