VIDEO: Weird Penalty - Goal or no Goal?

The following video shows one of the weirdest goals from a penalty. In the seventh Italian division's playoff final to gain promotion the clubs Dro and Termeno are facing each other.

A players takes the penalty, but the shot comes back off the post and then slowly goes into the goal while the goalkeeper is already celebrating, while the penalty taker is crouching on the ground. It takes the ball 10 seconds to cross the line and the goal is given by the referee to the disbelieve of the keeper. And a won game as he thought is lost thereafter.

But the Italian Football Federation wasn't happy with the referee's decision and has asked for a replay.
