Chhetri surprised, upset by AIFF reaction

When Sunil Chhetri send out those tweets a couple of days ago, the India and Chirag United SC striker wouldn't have imagined what steer he would have created. Normally one would say a message of support and a public thank you is something worth a credit. But here things have gone totally wrong.

Could the AIFF have handled the issue in a better way? Surely! They could have simply contacted the concerned player, told him about their dislike of such tweets and asked him not to do it again; rather then make it public and make matters much worse.

These latest tweets say it all. Chhetri as a player is not part of Team India but is also of the AIFF! And hopefully this issue can be sorted without much fuss...
