The Football Association of Orissa organised 1st Division of the Orissa Football League officially named 'Sidhartha' FAO 1st Division League 2012 has reached the Super League stage which kicked-off at the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack yesterday with Morning Club winning 1-0 against Sports Hostel with Francis Emanuel scoring the winner in the 27th minute, while today Radha Gobinda Club won 3-0 against Y.V.C.G. with goals from Harrisson (49',90+2') and Francis K. Sangma (60' minute).In this years preliminary stage 26 teams/clubs had been divided into four groups, two groups of seven and two with six teams. Three teams from each group made it to the Super League with the 12 teams now divided into two groups of six teams each. The top two teams qualify for the semifinals to be played on September 28 with the winners set to play the final on September 30.
